Online Sales Manager

As a gender-inclusive brand, we celebrate what is unique about our community and their style. We are looking for a top Online Sales Manager to join our small but dedicated team. This person, who will lead on selling the worlds first bio-circular, gender inclusive and shape inclusive fashion line to a mostly Gen Z customer base, will take pride in delivering a first-class customer service experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything they do and putting PiPPiCA on the map as a leading ethical fashion and lifestyle brand.

 

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand PiPPiCA’s mainly Gen Z customer base — whilst solidifying our presence within the fashion industry
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets, working in partnership across internal teams from design to marketing, and assessing internal strengths and weaknesses and how they may impact sales
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key people both internally and externally
  • Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations through excellent customer service and collaboration
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes whilst regularly reporting on progress
  • Communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to all relevant teams

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to communicate at all levels, including internal and external presentations
  • Proven ability to drive sales — from planning to closing
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to identify, recruit, and hire talented sales reps
  • 2 years of sales experience

Sales & Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This person will support us in promoting and selling the world’s first bio-circular, gender inclusive and shape inclusive fashion brand.

 

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling, maintaining and in some cases managing our social feeds — including planning and delivering content calendars
  • Working closely with our agencies to support anything from the creation of assets to influencer outreach
  • Supporting PR and press releases (copywriting) and general outreach duties
  • Supporting product launches and seasonal campaigns by assisting, planning and delivering photoshoots
  • Networking and partnership building within the industry
  • Executing email campaigns, including managing newsletter software
  • Supporting the merchandising of products on the PiPPiCA website — working within Shopify and working with the team to ensure a high standard across the board
  • Creating website and blog content that engages our audience
